Adobe parodies influencers in a short film

Written and directed by comedian and filmmaker Zach Braff, In The Time It Takes To Get There, presented by Adobe Creative Cloud parodies social influencers and takes a humorous look at them — as if they were in the 19th century.

Inspired by Adobe’s #MoviePosterMovie contest and produced in collaboration with Pereira O’Dell, the film is truly star-studded: it features Alicia Silverstone, Florence Pugh, Andy King from the Netflix “Fyre” documentary, and others.

By using humor, the 11-minute video demonstrates the power of social media influencers in helping brands engage consumers. 

“In The Time It Takes To Get There” also points to how marketers are investing more in different video formats, including cinematic-style content, and teaming up with well-known filmmakers.
